Video Analysis Feedback Example

  • 20:54 1km on the dot today. Fastest ever. Mainly focusing on the left hand being a bit lower and felt I got a much better catch.

  • Went for a wetsuit swim in the Kai Iwi lakes today. Thought it wasn't good until I looked back. 2.26 to do 100m. Last year my first open water swim was 3.06 for 100 meters. I'll take that. THANK YOU.

  • I went swimming yesterday and I focused on keeping my head down and timing mu kicks with my strokes. It was amazing. I was significantly less tired and moving quicker. You have already made a huge difference.

    Kristie

  • I did a session this morning, four PB 500's plus a PB 2km. Thanks so much for the pointers!
